The product has two tinned copper conductors with individual insulation. The outer sheath uses electron-beam cross-linked LSZH polyolefin. The control cable 2 core has three advantages. First, the two-core design is clean and simple. It works well for one-to-one control loops. Second, the Class 5 flexible stranding makes the product easy to bend and route in tight spaces. Third, both insulation and sheath use electron-beam cross-linked XLPO. This gives the control cable 2 core a high temperature rating and stable electrical performance. We make it to IEC 60228 standards. The rated voltage is 300/500V. Every product passes 100% hi-pot and insulation resistance tests. More than 300 partners use our product regularly.

The control cable 2 core is used for one-to-one signal transmission in control loops. In combiner boxes, it sends circuit breaker status signals. For inverter control, the product carries remote start-stop commands. For solar tracking, it feeds limit switch signals back to the controller. The product also fits lighting control, alarm systems, and small equipment control. Red or brown usually connects to positive, and black or blue connects to negative.
