This bare copper conductor is manufactured by Jiangsu Jingwei. We have been producing cables for 39 years. This is a simple, uninsulated conductor without any jacket. It is made of high-purity oxygen-free copper, with conductivity reaching 100% IACS-the highest standard. It offers extremely low resistance and excellent heat dissipation. This copper bare conductor is easy to connect and install.

Two Constructions for Different Requirements

 

The conductor is available in either solid single-core or stranded form. The surface is smooth, ensuring stable and reliable connections. It can be crimped, soldered, or bolted directly. Without insulation, electrical performance is fully utilized. DC resistance at 20°C is very low, and current-carrying capacity is high with minimal heat generation. This copper bare conductor complies with IEC and GB standards and is widely used in high-efficiency electrical applications.

Heat dissipation is significantly faster than insulated cables, allowing safe operation under high current loads without overheating. The material offers good tensile strength and elongation. It is suitable for overhead lines, grounding systems, bus bars, and electrical cabinets. Stranded types provide better flexibility, while solid types maintain a rigid straight shape. With proper installation, this copper bare conductor can last over 25 years. It is commonly used in substations and photovoltaic grounding projects.
