This soft drawn bare copper wire is manufactured by Jiangsu Jingwei. We have been producing cables for 39 years. This product is the opposite of hard-drawn wire. It is made from high-purity copper and processed through annealing and soft-drawing techniques. It offers excellent elongation and can be easily bent, twisted, and shaped by hand without spring-back, retaining the formed shape.

The conductor is solid soft bare copper with conductivity reaching 100% IACS. It offers extremely low resistance and efficient electrical transmission. Soldering, crimping, and twisting all provide very low-resistance connections. Reduced contact resistance helps minimize heat generation. This soft drawn bare copper wire is highly flexible and can be easily coiled, routed through conduits, and wrapped without special tools.

Because it is highly flexible, does not spring back, and maintains its shape, it is ideal for grounding systems, lightning protection, equipotential bonding, and internal jumpers.
