Extra-Flexible Cable for Moving Parts

Our factory produces the flexible control cable for control systems that need frequent bending and movement. This product is made for solar trackers, automation equipment, and robot arms. The product uses multiple fine-strand tinned copper conductors (Class 6 ultra-flexible). The stranding pitch is optimized for flexibility. The insulation and sheath use special electron-beam cross-linked LSZH polyolefin. The product bends to a radius as small as 5 times the cable diameter. It works from -40°C to +90°C. The flexible control cable has three key strengths. First, the Class 6 ultra-fine stranding gives it much better flexibility than ordinary Class 5 cables. This makes the product perfect for frequent movement. Second, the sheath is oil-resistant and wear-resistant. The product can handle over 5 million bending cycles in cable carriers. Third, the core stranding is specially designed. This prevents core shifting and breaking during bending. We make it to IEC 60228 standards. The rated voltage is 300/500V.
