Precision Cable for Sensitive Instruments

Our factory produces the instrumentation cable for precision instruments and sensor signal transmission in solar systems. This product is made for irradiance sensors, temperature sensors, and weather station connections. The product uses tinned copper conductors with individual insulation. The cores are twisted in pairs. Each pair has an aluminum foil shield. The whole bundle has a tinned copper braid overall shield. This double shielding gives the product excellent anti-interference and signal accuracy. It works from -40°C to +90°C. Our product keeps weak analog signals clean and accurate.

Triple Protection for Signal Integrity

The instrumentation cable has three protection layers. First, the twisted pair design reduces crosstalk between pairs. Second, the foil shield on each pair blocks interference between pairs. Third, the overall braid shield blocks external EMI. This triple protection makes the product perfect for precise measurements. The sheath uses UV-resistant and oil-resistant material for long-term outdoor and industrial use. We make it to IEC 60228 standards. The rated voltage is 300V. The product also fits industrial transmitters and actuators. For analog signals, keep the length under 300 meters. For digital signals, longer distances are possible. The pair shield drain wire should be grounded at the receiving end. The overall shield should be grounded at one end only.
