Triple Protection for Signal Integrity

 

The instrumentation cable has three protection layers. First, the twisted pair design reduces crosstalk between pairs. Second, the foil shield on each pair blocks interference between pairs. Third, the overall braid shield blocks external EMI. This triple protection makes the product perfect for precise measurements. The sheath uses UV-resistant and oil-resistant material for long-term outdoor and industrial use. We make it to IEC 60228 standards. The rated voltage is 300V. The instrumentation cable is used for precision measurements in many systems. In solar environmental monitoring, it carries signals from irradiance sensors, wind speed sensors, and temperature sensors. In combiner box smart monitoring, the product transmits analog signals from current and voltage sensors. In BMS systems, it connects battery temperature sensors and voltage detection lines. The product also fits industrial transmitters and actuators. For analog signals, keep the length under 300 meters. For digital signals, longer distances are possible. The pair shield drain wire should be grounded at the receiving end. The overall shield should be grounded at one end only.
