Reliable Cable for Weak Signals
Our factory produces the signal control cable for low-power signal transmission in control systems. This product is made for PLC signals, sensor signals, and communication signals. The product uses tinned copper conductors with individual insulation. The cores are twisted in pairs. The bundle has an aluminum foil shield with a tinned copper drain wire. The outer sheath uses electron-beam cross-linked LSZH polyolefin. The product offers good interference protection and mechanical strength. It works from -40°C to +90°C. Twisted-Pair Design and Easy Grounding
The signal control cable has two main advantages. First, the twisted-pair structure reduces crosstalk between pairs. This keeps the product signal transmission accurate. Second, the foil shield and drain wire make grounding very easy. Just connect the drain wire to ground during installation. The product sheath has UV treatment for both indoor and outdoor use. We make it to IEC 60228 standards. The rated voltage is 300V. Every product passes 100% continuity and insulation resistance tests. More than 300 partners use our product regularly.

Applications and Grounding Tips
