After all core wires have been soldered, wrap the ends of the spare wires with heat shrink tubing. Then tighten the connector's tail cover, securing the top with a screw. Simultaneously, wrap the cable's surface clamping ring with insulating tape. Afterward, pull out the core wire's shielding layer and connect it to a screw on the clamping ring. Tighten the screws at both ends of the clamping ring to secure it. After the connector's tail cover is installed, connect and secure it to the cable, ensuring stability. During installation, if the cable's outer diameter is too small and the connector's tail cover is too large, the tail cover may not be able to secure the cable properly. In this case, select a suitable heat shrink tubing and place it at the tail of the tail cover. After wrapping, shrink the cable's markings to the tail of the connector, ensuring the cable markings align with the connector's position.

After the multi-core cable installation is complete, the cable must be inspected. The inspection must strictly adhere to the previously designed drawings and process requirements. The inspection mainly checks the cable's type, length, insulation condition, and performance.
