This is mainly because imperfections in the manufacturing process, poor contact during welding, and low welding quality can have a significant impact on the entire electronic system. Substandard cable manufacturing and welding quality can threaten the safe operation of the entire system. Therefore, it is essential to strictly adhere to requirements during manufacturing and welding to ensure cable performance stability and facilitate the realization of system functions. This paper mainly analyzes the manufacturing process of multi-core cables and the precautions that should be taken, and proposes some effective solutions.
