Multi-core cables are cables with more than one insulated conductor. Cables play a vital role in electronic products and systems, serving as a crucial link connecting various functions and are widely used in aerospace, naval vessels, and other fields.

 

Once the entire manufacturing process is complete, welding can begin. Welding is the most critical and important step in cable manufacturing. Before welding, carefully check that all cable markings and accessories, such as the end cap, are in place. Ensure the conductor is placed flat in the welding cup, strictly following the welding sequence. Welding time is generally controlled to 3 to 5 seconds. If the weld quality is not up to standard after initial welding, perform a second weld after the welding cup has cooled. After welding, clean with anhydrous alcohol and allow to air dry naturally. After inspection and approval, use tweezers to push the sleeve into the welded cup, marking it upwards for later inspection.
