Main testing items include: conductor DC resistance testing to verify the conductivity and cross-sectional area compliance of the conductor material; insulation resistance testing to evaluate the insulation characteristics of the insulation material under rated voltage; power frequency withstand voltage testing to verify the insulation system's ability to withstand overvoltage; partial discharge detection to identify potential internal defects in the insulation; capacitance and inductance parameter measurement to ensure transmission characteristics meet design specifications; shielding effectiveness testing to evaluate electromagnetic compatibility performance; mechanical bending testing to verify the cable's flexibility and structural integrity during installation and use; flame retardant performance testing to assess the fire safety characteristics of the cable material; and environmental aging testing to simulate durability under actual use conditions.
